The Gestura Noyau Cake Tester is a simple, elegant and beautiful cooking companion. The Head is stamped flat to look and feel like a weighted guitar pick. The tip is nice and sharp to pierce crumb, flesh and skin without tearing or ripping. You can cook intuitively and in-style armed with the Noyau.
