For fine work, this razor-thin cleaver is a treat. It takes a wickedly sharp edge thanks to a core of Shirogami #2 carbon steel, and a protective cladding of stainless steel means only the edge needs to be kept dry to prevent rust. It's relatively light as cleavers go, making it easy for most folks to wield despite its size.
